• Some FES documents may be referenced in contract documents
• Unless otherwise required by law, GES shall take precedence over any other standard and FES

Any departure from these standards and regulations must be approved by the Employer in writing. Any conflict or clarification required of standard and regulations shall be referred to the Engineer for a decision.
